[Xen-users] XCP oddity number 2, XCCS load balancer

XCP 0.5.0 again, I don't think this really counts as a bug, but it does 
seem to be a change in behavior (undocumented as far as I can tell) from 
0.1.1.
When migrating VMs between 2 hosts, 0.5.0 seems to be rather pokey about 
settling out the memory changes. Since the XCCS load balancer runs up to 
5 rebalance passes every time it's called, the load balancer may run the 
second pass before the hosts are settled out from the first.
This means that passes 2-5 may produce less than accurate results in 
balance.
I'll adding a slight delay to each load balancer pass for the 0.5.1 release.
