Yes, I did replace it by my vm image. In my system it is /etc/test/test.vhd, which test.vhd is generated by xenconvert.
I double confirmed that.

Another question, I have install xen 4.0.0 from
http://www.gitco.de/repo/xen4.0.0 using yum, after that the dom0 can
not connect network? and other guest cannot connect network
suceessfully.
