Aye, any client should work.  But as a specific example:

Where I have config set as:
vfb = ['type=vnc, vncdisplay=10, vncpasswd=XXXXXXXX']

I use Vinagre 2.30.2 which comes installed in Gnome.  And as a bookmark
the option to connect is:

hostname.example.com::5910

Where as noted, the 'vncdisplay' is 10 in the config so the port is 5900
+10.  Some configs ask for 'display number' i believe, in which case
mine is '10'.
