You need: 1) Create vm (vm-install) 2) Add network interface 3) Set up other-config:install-repository. Less troublefull way is using network installation. You need to point to repo, like this: other-config:install-repository=http://mirror.yandex.ru/ubuntu/ Note, that EVERY packet needed for OS installation will be downloaded from repos. (in case of centos it's up to 300Mb).
