See, I already especified the other-config parameter, but over LAN with the NFS thing. I've configured another server to be the iso storage with NFS protocol, installing the NFS service and changing /etc/export on that machine running Ubuntu. About the item 2, I do think this host already have a network interface, because I can ping the other hosts.

Less troublefull way is using network installation. You need to point to
repo, like this:
other-config:install-repository=http://mirror.yandex.ru/ubuntu/

Note, that EVERY packet needed for OS installation will be downloaded
from repos. (in case of centos it's up to 300Mb).
