Hi all ,

I am using the XEN  from last 1 year with below packages and with branded h/w
This is 64 bit RHEL OS  with kernel 2.6.18-92.el5xen

kernel-xen-2.6.18-92.el5
xen-libs-3.0.3-64.el5
xen-libs-3.0.3-64.el5
xen-3.0.3-64.el5

The XEN server is running with 4 Vritual machine , I am using the local HDD for xen VM image.  The sample config file is as below.

cat /etc/xen/dr-extsmtp2

name = "vm1"
uuid = "162084f2-5646-d121-9d53-f4f65ccc4e13"
maxmem = 2000
memory = 2000
vcpus = 1
bootloader = "/usr/bin/pygrub"

vfb = [ "type=vnc,vncunused=1,keymap=en-us" ]
disk = [ "tap:aio:/var/lib/xen/images/vm1.img,xvda,w" ]
vif = [ "mac=00:16:3e:1d:e5:7b,bridge=xenbr1" ]

problem :--
========
 My entire server and VM goes in read only mode.  This happen 2 times But I could not figure out way this is happening. I do Google and checked the mailling list and  Redhat support,  but actual root cause is not getting find out.  The error are as follows.

I could not figure out whether its a local HDD problem OR XEN problem ?

I have taken the below commands output with error :---
