Now I know for sure that updating the driver to 4.33 didn't help.
Somewhat still makes it going offline resulting in tons of

        sd 0:2:0:0: rejecting I/O to offline device

messages. Xen is 4.0.1, Linux kernel is 2.6.32-5-xen-amd64 (Debian
2.6.32-27).

Andbody having ideas?
