Thank you for your suggestions. 

Unfortunately "xm" is not available on XCP servers. I tried "xe list" because 
"xe" is installed but got the message "Unknown command: list".

Similarly, xend doesn't seem to be installed: /var/log/xen is empty.

My guess is that your suggestions are for "Xen Hypervisor" not XCP. Do you know 
what the analogous commands are for XCP?

Try "xm list" and verify the xen_commandline.

You can also check /var/log/xen/xend.log and search for "vcpus" and
"memsize" (the latest logs are at the bottom so search from the
bottom-up).
