Thanks for that. I gave it a go with that and that didn't solve my problem. I
did have to load a couple of modules before, which I didn't have to do using
your .config.

I figured out that xenconsoled wasn't running and when I started this manually,
I was able to subsequently start PV VM's with no problem! So, issue is partially
solved. I just need to figure out why it isn't being started when xend starts
plus figure out the lack of Dom0 boot info. If only I had a null modem cable!
