This usually happens if you abort a guest install, say, if you forgot to give the VM a VIF, and had to shutdown the VM and restart the install. You can fix this by doing xe vm-param-set uuid=dd29fd58-9ed2-0d53-5a71-dea5bf0d613b PV-bootloader=eliloader and starting the VM again. Hope this helps!
