The fdisk message (WARNING: GPT (GUID Partition Table) detected on 
'/dev/sda'!) says that you are already using GTP partition. Are you sure 
you are actually missing space? Could you check the ouput of vgdisplay 
and "parted /dev/sda print all" (parted is not installed by default on 
XCP, but you can install it if you enable Centos repositories)?
