boot.ini now reads:
[boot loader]
timeout=30
default=multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS

Professional" /noexecute=optin /fastdetect /PATCHTPR

Nothing changed, the UI still becomes unresponsive on network load.
