You could use XVP to set up an environment where a user could start and stop a specific VM without having any control of a VM owned by somebody else.  XVP works with both XenServer and XCP.

Hai,

 

Is it possible to create users in xen server with different privillage level? (For example user can only start/ stop VM.)

 

Also suggest some xen server management GUI in ubuntu. open xencenter is not working properly
