[Xen-users] XCP iSCSI storage provisioning - issues when provisioning frequently

All,

We're successfully using XCP 1.0 for hosting VMs, but we're running into an issue when attempting to create multiple VMs on the same host at the same time. If we space them out enough, they go through successfully. However, if more than one process is talking to XAPI trying to set up iSCSI-backed SRs/VDIs (using a type of 'iscsi',  not 'lvmoiscsi'), we get errors like:

Jul 14 15:17:12 bs1 iscsid: Login authentication failed with target iqn.2001-05.com.equallogic:0-8a0906-069468a0a-e3700191a2b4e1f4-c3699-125020

The setup attempt takes a long time, and eventually fails because the VDI setup can't complete; we end up receiving errors like "SR_BACKEND_FAILURE_202" while attempting to create the SR, or "SR_HAS_NO_PBDS" while attempting to create the VDI. Is this to be expected with 'iscsi' type storage, or is there a way to do this better? I'm scouring the Internet, and the archives for this list in particular, as best I can, but I'm not finding anything which appears to be relevant.

Thanks,
