If you have not checked out the Citrix drivers in a while then I recommend 
giving them a look!

The latest drivers are signed and work flawlessly in x64 Windows 2008 R2.

If I recall correctly I got the latest drivers by downloading the free Xen 
Server ISO however if you want just the drivers then I have them mirrored here:
