When you run make menuconfig in the kernel source dir, you should be 
able to find them by typing / XEN. For a start, you need to enable 
Processor type and features ->  Paravirtualized guest support ->  Xen 
guest support'. If it is not there you might by missing some 
requirements like pae and acpi 
(http://wiki.xensource.com/xenwiki/XenParavirtOps).
Is it stable? My mini-itx Atom D510 board is up for 21 day's running 5 
guests.
