Do you have any USB devices "attached" at the time of installation? What are 
they?

GPLPV's usb passthrough driver is still work-in-progress and works well enough 
to run a mouse or keyboard (unless you unplug them!) and maybe a USB flash 
drive but hasn't been extensively tested.
