Re: [Xen-users] PVUSB driver stops during install on windows 7

James Harper ÐÐÑÐÐ 10.04.2012 01:49:
Hello

I've got xen 4.1.0 running on 3.2.0 linux kernel. I have a windows 7
x64 guest machine. GPLPV msi installer stops during install and does nothing. The windows event viewer is clear, but usb devices not available in the guest
system. I've try to install gplpv_Vista2008x64_0.11.0.357.msi,
gplpv_Vista2008x64_0.11.0.357_debug.msi,
gplpv_Vista2008x64_0.11.0.308.msi,
gplpv_Vista2008x64_0.11.0.308_debug.msi.

Do you have any USB devices "attached" at the time of installation?
What are they?

GPLPV's usb passthrough driver is still work-in-progress and works
well enough to run a mouse or keyboard (unless you unplug them!) and
maybe a USB flash drive but hasn't been extensively tested.

James
