[Xen-users] Correlation between cpu load and time offsets

Hi,
Has anybody noticed increased time offsets whenever there is a spike
in cpu load?
I am unable to prove it yet but I am suspecting this is happening on
some of my servers.

If so do you have ntp setups that you would recommend?
