Dear all,

I tested:

pci=routirq
irq=routeirq
irqpoll (which is not realy an option)
pcu=usepirqmask

without any success :(

But problem is clearer now:

uhci_hcd is requesting an IRQ > 7 with is not supported with ACPI=off.

On another machine I was able to reserve all IRQ>7 for "ISA cards" :). Then uhci_hcd requested IRQ5 and everything works fine...

Unfortunately this BIOS option is not available on the target system.

Is there a way to tell the XEN kernel not to use a specific IRQ? Or a list of IRQ? Or tell uhci_hcd to use IRQ5?

I tried without success:

pirq=10,...
pnp_reserve_irq=7,10,11
isapnp_reserve_irq=7,10,11 (which seems to be obsolete...)

Any idea from you?

Best Regards
Werner
