If you install XCP from the link http://www.xen.org/download/xcp/index.html, 
both 1.0 and 1.1 are supported. But if you are using XCP from Ubuntu/Debian 
release, pretty sure there are some issues, at least, in my test, XCP on Ubuntu 
12.04 doesn't work with Cloudstack, as the XCP package is totally changed.
