I told Virtualbox my guest is a CentOS 64-bit (XCP Dom0 is a 32-bit 
CentOS). I really believe it does not matter.

Host system for VirtualBox is 64-bit.

Fajar is right. You won't get too far beyond a simple proof of concept 
with that resource.
