I regularly use those two versions (.308 in January, .357 since it came out), with no issues.  My installations are exclusively on Windows 2008 R2 Standard (or Datacenter):

   install OS

   while logged in as Administrator

   start Command Prompt

   --> bcdedit /set testsigning on

   Reboot

I also only use the EN_US (english, US) language version.
