As I can see, DomU's eth0 has a different MAC address than the one you
specified in the config. Find out why it has changed, that is probably
the root of the trouble you are dealing with. See DomU dmesg and syslog.
Make sure, which is the MAC your ISP knows as the good one, to let you out.
