[Xen-users] Error compiling xen-3.2.0

Hi,

I'm tring to compile Xen 3.2.0 on RHEL 5.5. After giving 

make dist command following compile time error occurs
"

directory"
How to resolve this?

and rest of the compilation continues. Moreover linux-2.6.18-xen.hg is at the 
same 

level with Xen 3.2.0 (Not in xen folder). I don't want to use prebuilt binaries 
as I want to change some of 

the source code portion and re build it again.
