Check out /etc/{sysconfig,default}/xencommons where you can set
XENCONSOLED_TRACE="hv" which will cause xenconsoled to log hypervisor
log message to somewhere under /var/log/xen/ (possibly under
console/...)
You can also log PV guest consoles (="guest") or both (="all").
