When you subscribed, you will have been send an email telling you how to unsubscribe or alter your settings.

In **EVERY** email you get from the list there are instructions. As a minimum you should see the footer :

Xen-users mailing list
Xen-users@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
http://lists.xen.org/xen-users

That link will take you to the web interface where you can unsubscribe.

In addition, in **EVERY** email you get from the list, the following headers are present :

List-Unsubscribe: <http://lists.xen.org/cgi-bin/mailman/options/xen-users>,
        <mailto:xen-users-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=unsubscribe>
List-Post: <mailto:xen-users@xxxxxxxxxxxxx>
List-Help: <mailto:xen-users-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=help>
List-Subscribe: <http://lists.xen.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/xen-users>,
        <mailto:xen-users-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=subscribe>

Your mail client probably hides them to "be helpful". But you should be able to figure out from them how to unsubscribe properly.

Incidentally, this is generally the case for most mailing lists run using Mailman - which is quite a lot of lists.
