Is there a way to create a private isolated network between vm like that of default virbr0 created  in case of virt-manager (with 192.168.122.0)  with out making any bridging with actual interface?

i dont want to install virt-manger or use virt-manger to create private bridge.

platform:
Xen 4.1.2 running with ubuntu 12.04 as dom0.

Installed bridge utilities but virbr is not showing up.

can any one please tell me how to create virbr0 like bridge  without installing virt-manager.
