First, install the debug version then get me a copy of 
/var/log/xen/qemu-dm-<domu name>.log and I'll see if there is anything obvious 
in there.

If that fails, i'll need a crash dump to investigate further. If Windows won't 
write a dump then the output of xm dump-core should be sufficient although that 
is quite a bit larger.
