I've also just talked with guys from datacenter (where my server placed)
and discovered, that they using same motherboard on their new VDS
server. They also using Xen-4.1. And they not experience that problem
(all HT threads shows as they should). The only difference, is they're
using another CPUs (and using both CPU slots on the motherboard, while
my server - uses only one).
