Is this from running "dmesg" from a running system? That will just
supply the dom0 dmesg and not any userspace or Xen messages.

Your best bet is probably to setup a serial console to get the full
logs. See http://wiki.xen.org/wiki/Xen_Serial_Console . Failing that a
digital photo of the screen while it is hung might be informative.

You might also want to try the centos-virt list
http://lists.centos.org/mailman/listinfo/centos-virt/ since your issue
is with their binaries.
