Many thanks for reply.

Unfortunately I don't have any more dumps / traces other that I can get with Xen's console (3x ctrl-a) or JTAG. Using JTAG I can see CPU mode - data/prefetch abort at 0xffff000c, which is, presumably, address of hi-vector prefetch abort handler, but need to check what's V bit in CP15 c1 SCTLR, otherwise it's not exceptions vectors table, but faulty/misconfigured memory.

Dom0 boot log I've included in the end of this message, but IMHO it's not very interesting.

I've also been trying vanilla 3.14 kernel and it's also failing on 2GB configuration, however differently - it gets stuck in a loop, as far as I've traced, somewhere in Â__memblock_find_range_top_down(...) kernel function.

For which domain? dom0? domU?

You only provided a bit of Xen log. Do you have the stack trace of DOM0
kernel?
