[Xen-users] libvirt-1.2.11 does not support second increment

hello!

    libvirt-1.2.11 does not support second increment(base2.img) which based on the first increment(base1.img) based on the vm raw(base.img) file(qemu-img create -b base.img -f qcow2 base1.img; qemu-img create -b base1.img -f qcow2 base2.img.)ï when the second increment createï it can't boot.
