[Xen-users] xen-create-image command not found when installing Xen 4.3.3 from source on Debian 7

Hi, all.

The xen-create-image command is not found when installing Xen 4.3.3 from source on Debian 7.

Steps to repro (on clean Debian 7 64-bit system):

1. Download the xen 4.3.3 archive, untar
2. ./configure; make world; make install; ldconfig; update-grub
3. Running these commands from the wiki post-install:

update-rc.d xencommons defaults 19 18 update-rc.d xend defaults 20 21 update-rc.d xendomains defaults 21 20 update-rc.d xen-watchdog defaults 22 23

Wiki is here: http://wiki.xenproject.org/wiki/Compiling_Xen_From_Source

4. reboot, boot install Xen 4.3.3 entry.

5. sudo bash, and try xen-create-image. Command not found.

I also tried make install-tools, and this does not work either.

Is this a documented bug? Is there a workaround?

Thanks very much.
- Daniel
