Hello Xeners,

I have a DVD that is not recognized when booting with Xen 4.5.0 (Slackware 14.1 / kernel 3.18.10). I get the following message during boot : ata10.00: failed to IDENTIFY (device reports invalid type, err_mask=0x0)

When booting without xen, DVD is properly recognized and created as /dev/sr0. I get the following message during boot : ata10.00: ATAPI: PLEXTOR DVDRÂÂ PX-L890SA, 1.06, max UDMA/100

dmesg w Hypervisor
dmesg w/o Hypervisor
lspci -vvv w/o Hypervisor

Xen 4.5.0 Slackware 14.1 (Kernel 3.18.10)
Intel Core i7-3770K 3.4GHz
Intel DZZ7-GA70K

Question : is there any configuration trick to get DVD properly recognized with xen ?

Thanks in advance,
