[Xen-users] upgrade to XL breaks passthrough

Debian Wheezy, xen 4.1.4 using xm, passing video capture card works fine
(Zoneminder).

Dom0:
/etc/modprobe.d/xen-pciback.conf:

install bttv /sbin/modprobe xen-pciback; /sbin/modprobe --first-time
--ignore-install bttv
options xen-pciback
hide=(02:08.0)(02:08.1)(02:09.0)(02:09.1)(02:0a.0)(02:0a.1)(02:0b.0)(02:0b.1)

update-initramfs -u

Updated toolstack to xl, only one of 4 devices show and is listed as BDF
00:00.0
