Re: [Xen-users] upgrade to XL breaks passthrough
Hi,
Anything interesting on the devices in lspci -v?
Though it's true that some behaviour changed between xm and xl regarding passthrough.
I have problems with vga passthrough and my best guess so far is that way how the device is reset changed. (Bus/irq/msi)
I'm investigating it in my free time, but no meaningfull output yet.
Hope someone else knows more.
Regards,
Gh.

Dom0:

--ignore-install bttv
options xen-pciback
hide=(02:08.0)(02:08.1)(02:09.0)(02:09.1)(02:0a.0)(02:0a.1)(02:0b.0)(02:0b.1)
update-initramfs -u
Updated toolstack to xl, only one of 4 devices show and is listed as BDF
00:00.0
Tried:

/etc/default/grub (Xen snippet):
GRUB_CMDLINE_XEN_DEFAULT="vga=gfx-1024x768x8 dom0_mem=1G,max:1G
dom0_max_vcpus=1 dom0_vcpus_pin

update-grub
What am I missing here?
