I would have thought you should be able to create a "classic" VIF pair to 
network between the DomU and Dom0, then configure the Dom0 end of that (either 
directly or via a bridge) to allow Dom0 to route it's traffic via the DomU. 
Internal to the DomU your'd then bridge or route the Som0 traffic as 
appropriate to your setup.
