You are stuck with xen 4.4.1 since you are rebuilding the distro debsrc?

I just did a similar build with xen 4.4.3 from source on Ubuntu 14.04, I summarised the build here

I checked iasl package was installed and there should be no missing
dependent package of EDKII and Xen 4.4.1.
