Hi

Find attached two patches for apu2b-20160304 that should add IOAPIC special
device entries in ACPI IVRS table.

Attached xen-test-3.log from apu2b2 boot with Xen 4.5.1 hypervisor installed
from Ubuntu 15.10.

Also attached is contents of IVRS table, to collect it do:

  sudo cat /sys/firmware/acpi/tables/IVRS > IVRS.raw
  iasl -d IVRS.raw

Table still has incorrect IVHD entries and these are indeed created in the
closed-source AMD binaryPI blob. Looks like coreboot will have to handcraft
the IVRS from scratch. Not hard, just work.
