Well... I tried yesterday the possible solution from Daniel and no luck (T_T) sniff... I think will continue using the "efi=no-rs" to workaround the problem. One more question, how harmfull is the use of "efi=no-rs"? Do later on OS will cause problems not having the the runtime services? Or it only affects on the Xen OS Loader?

As Jan said: we are not able to tell you what exactly happened using
just provided log. However, I think that you can do at least three
things to investigate this issue further.

First of all please boot Xen with -mapbs argument, e.g.

xen.efi -mapbs

Do not forget to remove "efi=no-rs" argument from Xen config file.

If it does not work build latest Xen upstream (or at least stable)
version and do same as above.

If it still does not work please boot Linux on this machine.
