I use Fedora Server 23 as Dom0 and I used a bridge for my eth0.

To start with, what distro are you running for Dom0 ?

What is the networking config for Dom0 ?

What's the output from :
ip addr show
brctl show br0

PS - is it a typo that you have an invalid MAC address ? "y" isn't a valid hexadecimal value.
