I did :
[root@localhost ~]# kpartx /home/jason/windows.img 
loop0p1 : 0 204800 /dev/loop0 2048
loop0p2 : 0 52219904 /dev/loop0 206848
loop deleted : /dev/loop0

After it what should i do? 
Can I use a tool like "testdisk" for recover .img file?

If your image file contains more than one partition, you can use kpartx to expose each partition individually as a loopback device. Then you can do traditional fsck / whatever other recovery tools to recover as you would any normal disk.

But really, if it's severe corruption, you should probably just restore from backup.
