Hi Mike,

AMD 9-series chipsets should have IOMMU support (970, 980, 990). There's 
a bunch of motherboards from different manufacturers out there. Read the 
specs, otherwise ask the dealer.
Myself, I'm using a MSI 970A-G46 with AMD FX-6100 CPU, graphics 
passthrough (AMD HD6450), etc. Check the appropriate Xen documentation.
