Yes, Xen should handle the interrupts and inject them to Dom0. Can you paste the
contents of the /proc/interrupts file?

Also, when the lost interrupt message happens, can you switch to the Xen console
and type "i". If you don't have a serial cable connected to that box you can
also use the following in order to get this information:

# xl debug-keys i
# xl dmesg

And copy the result of the `xl dmesg` command. That would help us see which kind
of interrupt your disk controller is using, and whether it's stuck in Xen.
