According to the script:

       echo Setting domain 0 name, domid and JSON config...
        ${LIBEXEC_BIN}/xen-init-dom0

I don't see the xen-init-dom0 is being called? yet it hangs after printing
out "setting domain 0 name, domid and JSON config".

Appreciate any idea to proceed for debugging.
