[Xen-users] xen:balloon: Cannot add additional memory (-17)

Hi,

I am running a Debian 8 server with Xen 4.4.1-9+deb8u10 and have
autoballoon="off" in my /etc/xen/xl.conf as recommended on the Xen
wiki. Still I see from time to time in my kernel log the a few of
these messages:

[Fri Jun 22 18:12:30 2018] xen:balloon: Cannot add additional memory (-17)

Is this normal? and what does it exactly mean?
