[Xen-users] KVM+XEN+WIN10 install reports stop code: HAL MEMORY ALLOCATION

Good day list -

I'm experimenting running Xen 4.11.2 as a L1, nested in a LO KVM 
5.0.0-23. While I can successfully execute Ubuntu Disco HVM in this 
configuration, Windows 10 fails to install. The installer reports stop 
code: HAL MEMORY ALLOCATION. Windows 7 fails to install too, reporting 
the generic error 7E.
On the KVM side, I am seeing ignored MSRS reads of
0x4e, 0x606, 0x611, 0x619, 0x639, and 0x641.

Has anyone gotten this configuration to work? Any advice to offer?
