Atm, I've no guests, and no explicit passthrough

afaict, so far, these "Failed to add - passthrough or MSI/MSI-X might fail!"
aren't causing me any _noticeable_ problems.
ARE they an actual problem that can/should be fixed?
Or just noise that can be quieted down?
