Scroll to zoom and drag to scroll as usual. Tested on Linux with
Firefox and Chromium; let me know if it works elsewhere.

It doesn't support touch, so won't work on tablets (also, would
probably be very slow).

Very nice however on:

• Windows 7/Chrome 37
• Windows 7/Firefox 29
• Windows 7/Internet Explorer 11

ÂI don't get scroll bars however click and drag does move the content.
